Chizuk - Inspiration The Chazon Ish would generally have a Minyan in his home each day at a fixed time. On one occasion, there were only nine people present at the time the Minyan was supposed to start, and the Minyan was delayed until they ultimately found a 10th person. Due to the delay, the Chazon Ish’s brother-in-law, who was one of the 10 people of the Minyan, was faced with a dilemma. He had made an appointment to meet someone, and the delayed start time would mean that he would be late for his appointment. On the other hand, if he left, there would not be a Minyan.
